Dining options are a bit limited, though the meals are tasty. The facilities are decent, providing a satisfactory stay overall.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The location was convenient, and the pool area well-kept, making it enjoyable. However, there were some issues with the room, like the need to turn on the A/C for the bathroom and the lack of adjustable hot water. The room also had a slight odor. The service was decent but not exceptional.
The hotel was a bit challenging for me due to difficulties in adjusting the water temperature and the long walk to the front, especially with mobility issues, but once inside, the rooms were comfortable and the hot water was a delight. Service varied from being very nice to rude at times, with some staff accommodating special requests while others were not as helpful. The location was spacious and easy to navigate, but lacking shade. The dining experience provided tasty Mexican-style dishes but lacked variety. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives during my stay.
